The Damascus Christian School Fine Arts
Department will be presenting the comedy "Our
Miss Brooks" November 12th, 13th and 14th.
Our Miss Brooks is a delightful stage adaptation
based on the 1940’s radio show and the 1950’s
television sitcom of the same name. As English
teacher Miss Connie Brooks tries to deal with
school problems she dreams of vacation and
meeting the man of her dreams. Actually, the man
for Miss Brooks is the athletic coach, but all
he thinks of is the basketball team and,
unfortunately, Miss Brooks has stolen his top
athlete for the school play. The principal on
the other hand just wants to keep the school
board happy. Both young and old will enjoy this
hilarious comedy about school performed at
school by junior high and high school students!
Tickets are $5.00 per person and seating is
general admission. Each night the doors will
open at 6:30pm with the show starting at 7:00pm.
