TUITION SCHEDULE

2009-2010 Damascus Christian School

In order to more accurately reflect the actual cost of educating a student, we are transitioning to a new tuition schedule effective 2009-2010.

KINDERGARTEN

• Registration/Testing Fee:$120
  (Non-refundable, must accompany application)

• Yearly Tuition: $2,685
  (9 months, beginning August 1st and ending April 1, 2010)

• Book Fee: $165 (Due by August 1, 2009)

If you have a child in kindergarten and have one or more children in K-12th, the kindergarten tuition is:

• New Families $2,148

• Current Families $2,095.

1st – 12th Grade New Student Registration/Testing Fee: $180 per student (Non-refundable, must accompany application).

FIRST THROUGH EIGHTH GRADES

Current Families | New Families Beginning 2009-10 School year

• $6,025 -1st student in family $6,025 -1st student in family

• $4,760 -2nd child in family $4,820 -each additional child in family

• $3,555 -3rd child in family

• $1,265 – for each student thereafter

HIGH SCHOOL (9th – 12th Grades)

Current Families | New Families Beginning 2009-10 School year

• $6,400 -1st high school student in family $6,400 -1st high school student in family

• $5,055 -2nd high school student in family $5,120 -for each additional high school student

• $3,905 -3rd high school student in family

• $1,600 -for each high school student thereafter

Yearly Tuition begins August 1st

Curriculum Usage Fee: This includes Bibles (1-3 grades), all textbooks, workbooks, test books, Due August 1, 2009 one yearbook per family, and other learning materials. Additional yearbooks may be purchased for $40.00 each.

• First through Third Grades $170

• Fourth through Sixth Grades $175

• Seventh through Eighth Grades $180

• Ninth through Twelfth Grades $185

DISCOVERY PROGRAM (NILD Therapy Program)

• $4,130 per student (Non-DCS Students: $5,500)

MISCELLANEOUS FEES, WHERE APPLICABLE (TO BE BILLED)

• Non-refundable Party Fund: $3 per student

• Elective Classes (Determined by activity/project)

• Athletic Fees: (All athletic fees will be billed after the beginning of each activity)

• High School per sport: $200 -Junior High per sport -$150 -Elementary per sport (5-6) -$100

• Outdoor School: $100 (Sixth graders only; will be billed after the beginning of activity)

• Band Fees per year: Beginning $10 – Intermediate $20 – Advanced $35

• Senior Retreat -$70
