Uncertainties lie before us, but in part it simply reveals that any sense of certainty should always bear in mind James 4:13-16. God is our certainty.
God was not surprised when Israel was trapped between Egyptian soldiers and the sea. Nor is he by our present situation. Pray our way through the sea will be clear, and that our walk by faith will be without stumbling. “Your way was through the sea, your path through the great waters; yet your footprints were unseen (Psalm 77:19).
