A grim picture of a “church” burned to the ground incites grief over the loss, but then a quick catch in the mind.  With no loss of life, the church was still fully alive, and possibly even more alert to its high calling to be the living presence of Christ apart from buildings.  Perspective:  Buildings facilitate ministry…or not.  When they are gone, the living church will still serve Christ, for His glory, with remaining tools, and trust him for replacement of what has been lost.  Neither wildfire nor even the gates of Hell can prevail against the Church (Matthew 16:18).
