The Elder Council has begun a process of reviewing and amending the church constitution. As described in Articles V(A)(3) and V(A)(4) of the DCC Constitution, the Elders will provide a draft to the congregation for review and comment 30 days prior to a vote by the Elder Council. The Elder Council will review all comments, and must approve changes to the constitution unanimously. As the Elder Council starts into this constitutional review process, we welcome input from the congregation.
