The Changing of the Guard
After decades serving as Executive Director of NOE International, Brian Overcast retired this month, passing the baton to Juan Peralta.
Damascus Community Church has supported Juan and his ministry at NOE for many years.
The following is from NOE's staff bio page:
"Juan was a student at NOE and part of the 2001 Dream Team Exchange program. He went on to graduate with a degree in economics and was working in a government office when a desire to serve God full-time led him back to NOE. He was the Director of NOE Primero until June of 2022 when he took over as the Executive Director of NOE International. He continues to get his greatest satisfaction through ministering in the lives of young people. "
Juan will be in our morning services on Sunday, July 31 to share about NOE.
