We’re almost to the halfway point of the 2025-2026 school year! Friday, January 30th marks the end of the 2nd quarter and will be a no-school day. Please continue to monitor your child’s grades in the Family Portal and contact teachers with any questions.

Thank you to the many families who have already completed re-enrollment – we have reached a record completion rate after the first week. New student applications open Monday. This is your opportunity to enroll any additional children in your family. We will begin filling available seats after the re-enrollment deadline on Friday, January 30th. Please contact the school office with any enrollment questions.
Secondary students may submit an Add/Drop Form to request a schedule change at the semester break. Add/Drop Forms are available now and must be turned in by Friday, February 6th. Please note that elective changes are limited at this point in the school year.

Valentine’s Candy Gram Fundraiser – Support our Campus Ministry Team in their fundraising efforts for Destiny Rescue by purchasing a Valentine’s Candy Gram. For $8, students receive a sweet treat with a personalized message, delivered on Friday, February 13th. Gluten and dairy-free options are available. Destiny Rescue travels to countries around the world to rescue children from human trafficking and share the hope and love of Jesus with them. Each candy gram helps change a life! DCS is excited to announce that we are offering FREE Speech & Language Screenings on Friday, February 13th. See the flier for details and QR code. Registration deadline is Friday, February 6th.
After-School Care Contracts – 2nd Semester (beginning Monday, February 2nd) are now available. To enroll, please complete the After-School Care Contract and submit it to the school office or email it to heidi.hale@damascuscc.org.
Track Coaches Needed! DCS Track and Field is seeking Assistant T&F Coaches for the upcoming season. If you or someone you know may be interested, please email dcs@damascuscc.org for more details and/or complete an application.
The Damascus Christian Education Foundation is now accepting applications for the Keaton Coffey Memorial Scholarship.
Established in 2013, this scholarship honors DCS graduate Corporal Keaton Coffey, who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving his country in Afghanistan. The scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate a heart for service and sacrifice and who are interested in service-oriented paths such as first response, military service, missions, or nonprofit work.
Students in grades 7–11 may apply. Applications are due by April 6. Click here for the application and instructions.
